1 in 5 people in Canada suffers from a mental health issue or mental illness.  We must all work together to decrease the stigma around mental health issues and mental illness so that people will not be afraid to ask for help.  Below are a number of local resources to help students and their parents who may be experiencing mental health issues or possibly a mental illness.
